In our comprehensive classes, we will introduce you all the concepts and science-backed information you will need to begin your journey. These classes comes in the form of a personalized childbirth guide, breastfeeding plan and newborn/parenting goals that zeros in on your interests and concerns.

Traditionally, childbirth education classes are taught in a group setting. Many people like that this allows them to connect with people in their area who are going through the same walk of life. For many, this more intimate setting can make it easier to feel comfortable asking more questions and sharing any concerns or fears. This also enables your instructor to give one couple their full, undivided attention. 

Whatever your personal preferences on class settings, we've got you covered! You may also choose your class length. We offer a 3-hour childbirth class for those with a busy schedule who simply want a breakdown of the basics. Then we also offer 6 hours of classes for those who want to add breastfeeding education and newborn care to their learning experience. These classes are broken up boutique style! This way you can come to a class that first best with your schedule and you aren’t locked into a series on a certain date at a certain time. We understand life can be unpredictable, so we want you to have every opportunity to gain the knowledge you need to feel confident as an upcoming new parent.
